Day # 4- Another actioned packed day!

Our day started with 'Reading with the whanau' morning. The library was open before school again and it was lovely to see whanau enjoying a book together. We also encouraged them to vote for the book they would most like to see in the library.

 
Just before morning tea, we had a Teacher Swap. Every class had a different teacher visit them and read them a book.

 

During morning tea break we had a Father's Day competition in the Library and a Storyonline story playing in the hall for students to come and watch.

At Lunch time, Miss Nikki Hoffman and Miss Kristie Mills both read The very hungry caterpillar by Eric Carle. Nikki read the story in Te Reo, while Kristie read it in English after.

One more day to go!!! I hope that you have got your costume ready for our 

Character parade on Friday!!!
